ace96 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement for Malaysian Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "ace96", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ace96 platform and its operating entity, licensed under the applicable international gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the ace96 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the ace96 website accessible at ace96.co, its mobile application, and any associated subdomains or services.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the ace96 registration and KYC verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" or "Wallet" — refers to the MYR-denominated funds held within a player's ace96 account, available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits issued by ace96 which are subject to separate wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn directly.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by ace96 prior to first withdrawal.

2. Eligibility & Registration

1. To open and maintain an ace96 account, you must be at least 21 years of age. ace96 does not knowingly permit access to any person under the legal gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction. Where local laws prescribe a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
2. Registration is restricted to individuals. Corporate entities, trusts, or other non-natural persons may not register an account on the ace96 platform.
3. Each player is entitled to maintain one (1) account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
4. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance therein.
5. ace96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation) at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ace96 may result in account suspension.
6. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute are not eligible to register. It is the player's sole responsibility to ascertain their legal position before creating an ace96 account.

3. Account Responsibilities

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace96 login credentials, including your username and password. ace96 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
2. You must notify ace96 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account.
3. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access your ace96 account. Play must be conducted by the registered account holder only.
4. ace96 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that account security has been compromised, that the account is being operated by someone other than the registered holder, or that fraudulent activity has occurred.
5. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ace96 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support upon request.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. ace96 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX online banking (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others), and manual bank transfer via DuitNow or IBG.
2. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are published on the Platform cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
3. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. ace96 will not process any withdrawal to an account that has not been successfully verified.
4. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ace96 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
5. ace96 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
6. Deposits made via fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
7. ace96 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side; however, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or eWallet operator) may apply their own transaction charges, for which ace96 bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ace96 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
2. Bonus funds are credited separately from real money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
3. Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. ace96 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits or cancel promotions where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player is exploiting promotional mechanics, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or participating in any form of bonus abuse.
4. ace96 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be adversely affected by material mid-promotion changes without reasonable notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

1. All games available on the ace96 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real money.
2. ace96 uses certified random number generation (RNG) software for all non-live-dealer games. RTP figures for slot and table games are independently audited and available within game information panels.
3. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and the outcome recorded on ace96's server logs, the server-side record shall be authoritative.
4. Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to connectivity failures, server errors, or software bugs — void all associated plays and any purported winnings arising from such malfunctions. ace96 will, where practicable, refund the relevant stake to the player's account.
5. Bets placed and accepted before an event commences are final unless a manifest error (palpable error) is identified, in which case ace96 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace96 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent termination, and — where applicable — legal proceedings:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform on your behalf
• Collusion with other players, agents, or affiliates to gain an unfair advantage over ace96 or other players
• Exploitation of software errors, game bugs, or loopholes for financial gain
• Money laundering or using the ace96 platform to transact funds derived from criminal activity
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade self-exclusion
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any strategy that exploits promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the ace96 Platform

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the ace96 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of ace96 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. No other licence is implied or granted.
3. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any ace96 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The ace96 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace96 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace96 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
3. ace96's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real money deposits made by you to your ace96 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ace96's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy & Data

1. ace96 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.
2. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service communications.
3. ace96 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required.

11. Responsible Gaming

1. ace96 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides self-management tools including deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, accessible from within your account settings.
2. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and, once confirmed, are irrevocable for the selected exclusion period. Players who self-exclude may not open new accounts during the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

2. ace96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
3. Upon termination for breach, ace96 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud, collusion, or money laundering is established, ace96 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

13. Governing Law

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace96 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
3. The failure of ace96 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
