6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

- Gaming session logs and bet history are retained for a minimum of three (3) years for regulatory audit purposes.
- Marketing preference records are retained until you withdraw consent or for a period of three (3) years following last interaction, whichever is earlier.
- Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents its re-identification.

- Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all registered players. Any account found to be operated by a person under the minimum age will be immediately closed and any associated balance forfeited.
- If you have reason to believe that ace96 has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, please contact us immediately. ace96 will take prompt steps to delete such data upon verification of the report.
